We are looking for Aleksandar Petroviæ Bartolomejczuk.
According to his story (he's been dead for some time now), he was born in Kamenac Podolsky area after year 1900. He said he was of a noble birth and that his family was the head of 'gubernija' in Ukraine. I was not able to find anything on that surname online, so it might be that it was written different.
He later lived in Croatia and Romania.
We would like to know where to start looking and if there is a sourse we can look to, where we could check out if his story of 'gubernija' is true.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
