Hi Evelyn -
This one is not all easy (at least not for me).
The easy part - the Ukrainian alphabet is a member of the Cyrillic family of alphabets so it appears that your bible is inscribed in Ukrainian.
1. "Cnuc' translates to "Notes" - not the musical ones.
2. The small capital "H" is an 'n', Even with your description of the first letter (J) of the first word, I can't make it out. Could the "u" in the first word have a small 'tail' on the right hand side? The second word I would translate to "of the Parents".
3. "CuHu" is "Sons" as you say.
4. The first word is a problem. Is there a chance that the letter you are showing as an "r" is not written quite the same way as the "r" in the second word in para. 2? Does the 'underline' after the first word mean that there should be a letter there? (My guess is "were born". The next word is "Year". The "P" is the English "R". Sometimes in script the top part starts on the left side with a big sweep over the top and then down in a curve to form the right side. If it were truly a 'double sided' letter it would be an "F" which doesn't seem right.
5. Could you look again at the letter that you are showing as an "s" - I have the feeling that this word has something to do with "Bride". "Poky" is "Year"
6. Not the way I would spell it but I think the line starts with "on Saturday" then I think "gH" is a short form for "day" ie "29th day". I thought at first that "Uobim_" may have been a month but none seem to fit. Can you look at this word again especially the first and last (missing) letters? Is the last letter the same as the missing last letter in the first word in para. 4?. The last word is "Year".
7. First word - if the missing last letter is the same as in the first word of para. 4 then I would translate this as "of January" or perhaps "in January". The long phrase starting with "n" and ending with "i" may be 3 words strung together. If the missing letter could be a "p" (in Ukrainian) then I would say this was "at 3:30" then "PaHo" would be "in the morning" then the year.
8. If the first letter "r" is not quite the same as para. 2 (perhaps either more pointy or rounded at the top as opposed to being flat or with the cross bar dipping slightly. then this word is "in November".
It seems the 'Notes' are just that - a number of references to perhaps unrelated events which may be detailed elsewhere.
For some of the missing items (or the parts I have mistranslated) perhaps others in the Forum could help?
You are not being a pest - this is interesting.
