In the absence of any other evidence, I'd speculate that Gregory and Maria are likely Catharina's parents, based on the assumption that the priest or person making the entries would not likely repeat the same mistake 5 times.
There are likely a few ways to ascertain this, such as looking at the marriage records for both couples to determine if the date of birth of the first child (1888) is consistent with marriage dates.
A few other things you may want to consider might be to compare house numbers, or to review the information in death records for any of the children who may not have survived childhood.
