Your Itzek (Ike*) Lukatsch arrived in NY (heading to Uncle's?? in NY) arrived Jan 2, 1901. He was 26 (appx dob 1875)**, emigrating from Ostrog > Russia.

*Census Records shows him as Ike + Fanny and Children listed.
**Ike was born Oct 4, 1872. Rabbi Aidles served as Chief Rabbi of Ostrog > Vohlynskaya gubernia at the time. Jewish Vital Records were kept by Rabbis.

Laws for Jews when Itzek was born:
As per Ike's Registration Record, he worked for a Bags and Burlap Co in St. Louis.

I know there are Holocaust Records for Ostrog. Need to see where metrykal records
might be???
