Belaya - the Russian version of the record. Ukrainian - Bila.
There are three rural villages Bila in Vinnytsia region, 1 - Lviv region, 2 - Ternopil region, 1 - Khmelnytsky region, 1 - Chernivtsi region.

I assume that the family can come with Bila in Chemerivtsi district Khmelnytsky region. From Bila to Kudryntsi about 30-40 km.
Khmelnytsky region belonged to the Soviet Ukraine. Perhaps that recorded "Belaya."
