This coming weekend is Ukrainian Easter. Why not have the person driving you to Городисла́вичі/Horodyslawyche > Pustomytivskij raion/county > Lvivska oblast/region make a phone call to Village Administration and make an inquiry on your Mother's behalf? There are appx 400 residents still living there. Since your ancestral village is currently hamlet size, it is clustered w/selo Mykolayiv. The Village Mayor is in Mykolayiv. There are Готь/Got still living in selo Horodyslawyche.
