The Volansky = Воланський surname is listed as one of Ruthenian (Ukrainian) nobility/schlacta.

What is the name of your immigrant ancestor, appx when did he/she emigrate and where did they settle upon immigration?

The place name you provide is problematic. Maybe another look at immigration records might be helpful?
