Cieplice is now in Poland, was it sometimes a part of Ukraine??
===============================================

No, Jaroslaw county was in Lemberg/Lwow/Lviv region of Galicia Province, administered by ethnic Poles for the Austro-Hungarian Empire. During Interwar Period (1919-1938) it became a part Reconstituted Poland and then post WW2 it became a part of the People's Republic of Poland.
