First of all Teodore/Theodore Wladziuk was very likely called Fedor or Fedko by his family and friends.

I could not find Theodore's immigration records, however I did fnd his wife, Josefa Wladziuk, in 1912 Hamburg Records.
She was born in appx 1885 in Mikulance (as per ship SS America manifest) and was joining husband, Theodore, in
Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Mikulance was/is actually MIKULINCE. The problem is that there were/are two , one in Sniatyn > Ivano-Frankivska oblast and one in Ternopil region. Both places were part of Austro-Hungarian Empire at the time.
