Aside from a full indexing of records as has been done for Ellis Island records, there is no way to do what you are asking. One ship might have two people from a particular region while the next might have fifty. While some people are known to have traveled in groups of families or neighbours, the vast majority traveled independently.
When I first started my search some 20 years ago, the only clue I had was that my family arrived in Canada about 1894.So I checked every single ship through the three main ports of Halifax, Quebec, and St. John, not only in 1894 but right through to the year 1900.When I didn't find them I started working backwards and finally found that they had arrived in 1893.
The use of computers and the Internet for genealogy makes us want instantaneous answers but the reality is that a lot of genealogy still requires a lot of hard manual research to get the answers we are looking for.
