Ship George Siminicki may have arrived on.

George Siminicki and his son Alexander were born in Russia. George in 1807 & Alexander around 1844. Now I have heaps of information on Alexander, who he married, children etc but getting nowhere with George.Several family trees have George with an uncertain birthplace ie; Peija/Riga/Latvia. They also have his death in 1880 but no one has proof and no one knows where he was buried.
If anyone can give me the tiniest bit of information. where to find the ship he came from , when and where he arrived or where he is buried that would be great.
I tried the Russia genforum but have heard nothing at all so I realise this is a tough one. he is in the 1861 census under the name Suminicki RG9, Folio 15, p 4.
Its possible I may have had a posting on this before, probably in regards to Alexander.
Thank you.
