I realize there are many different branches of the Beresford family tree, I do think that there may be a link to the Walter de la Poer
Beresford branch, from web site "DonPark".
Looking for any info/link to Beresford family, Ballymena/Muckamore areas, Co. Antrim, N. Ireland, c1800 to present.
Lived at "The Cottage, Greenmount".
Main line information on my g-g-grandmother,
Mary Beresford-Armstrong-Stevenson, 1808-1888
First husband was ? Armstrong.
4 children, 2-sons, 2-daughters.
No info on either son
Oldest daughter Agnes Annie (Nancy) 1849-1937
she was my g-grandmother.
Youngest daughter died in infancy.
2nd husband was Wm. John Stevenson.
No known children/this marriage.
All are buried-Donegore Church cemetery.
Headstones are severly eroded, no info.
There must be decendants of the sons, and links to other family surnames from subsequent marriages, but have found no info.
