Cohn/UHLfelder-Rosenheimer-Rosenfels

In Ca 1800 the sons of Jantoph Loeb Cohn(Rabbi) took the last names of UHLfelder, Rosenfels and Rosenheimer while living in Dormitz.

Am trying to trace family roots back to Prague. Jantophs father was Josef Cohn died 1799 in Dormitz(Rabbi) and Jantoph's brother was Mordachai....all assumed to be in Dormitz.

Josef's father was Jamtow Cohn died 1749 (Rabbi)(who also fathered Moses Loeb and Simon). Josef was born in Erlangen and died in Dormitz.

Where to look? Who to ask? What to study? So many Cohns!

Any leads ( good or not so good) will be appreciated.
