Hi,
I have placed this question with tech support before Thanksgiving and have not heard back yet so I thought I'd try it here. When I print out a family journal report I am getting the starting individuals generation number as a letter instead of a number. For example, if I start with my grandfather it gives him the letter B and his children the letter A, grandchildren a number 1 and great grandkids a number 2. I've printed this before with the same parameters (I've tried them all) and it started with numbers and not letters, my grandfather being number 1. This only happens with certain individuals and I don't know why. I always use the same parameters but it still uses letters and numbers for some individuals and just numbers for others. I even tried reloading the software. Has anyone seen this before??
