If you do not already know, the UFT computers are being moved from California to Utah. You should be able to access your online data when they are brought back online.
As to other programs, The Master Genealogist was offered for quite a while at a discount to UFT owners. I do not know if any discount still applies but it is the only program that I know of that can transfer practically all of your UFT data intact.
