What I would do first, is go to your windows Explore and look for C:/UFT ... or wherever your program is installed. Then look for the FIXME.BAT. Double click on that.

Then go into the program and see if things are better. If not, Go into Utilities, Project Check and look for duplicate records. If somehow things became duplicated, it could take up extra hard dish space. Check your data for incorrect links, too.
