Damaged File

Operating system: Windows XP
FTM version: 10

Whenever I try to enter a note for a person, I get the following error message.

"The information in the specified file has been damaged and cannot be used. Please revert to backup."

I've tried the three suggestions listed on the FTM website for repairing a damaged file, and the third one (File checker with Fixer) finds 23 errors but when I try to save the file after running the fixer, I get the same error message as above.

Does anyone have any suggestions for repairing my file?
