UFT v.3.0 Select Table?

Two problems:1.Opening new 3.0v warning Alias X files not found? What do I do?
2. Trying to start a new project and form opens to select a Table. What is a table and which one do I select? It will not let me cancel it so I took a chance and it closed my program with Error 41 which I can't correct with DOS FIXME. It reads files replaced and done but warning error 41 is still blocking opening of my project. Help
