I printed my book VIA Ultimate Family Tree by using Microsoft Word. All sources were footnoted in my book (could also use end notes, whatever you desire). Photos were included when I had them entered in UFT. By using MSWord, you can also go in and do "search/replace" of any rewording or spelling or whatever and add in any other photos that I did not have input into UFT. The index comes through from UFT into Word and it was a nice way to be able to work with the info I had to make the layout look nicer. A person can, however, just send it to RTF and print directly without "playing" with the text or whatever. Is that what you wanted to know?
