Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

1. Space is not a problem on the UFT site. I put all of my generated web pages on the UFT site and link to them from my homepage which is on my ISP providers site therefore not taking up room on that site. I still feel it is vital to provide sources if you are posting information.

2. Slow loading --- true, hopefully this will be corrected in future releases. You only have to worry about the slow loading if you want to look at the sources and therefore if you want to look at the sources I feel the wait is worth it.

3. I do not put addresses in my source records for that reason although I do include email address that noone objects to.

There is really too much stuff out there without sources that I don't want to add to it.

Paul
