Wayne, I tried to send you a message but it seems your address is bad or something.

The are some techie ways to change the Archive bit from the command line. You could find these by doing a search for "change archive bit" but here is a Windows way.

Open Explorer > find your UFT folders > (IF you see a icon that looks like a file folder then you need to change the View to Details. View is on the right side of the tool bar).

In details you will see the file name, size, type, modified, and Archive listed across the top.

Click on your UFT Image folder > Do the files in the list have "R" under Archive? If so click on the first file > then key Ctrl-A, now all the files will be hilighted. Put the curser in the hilighted area and Right Click > Left click on Properties > In the Properties screen there are 4 check boxes that in your read only case will have the "Read Only" box checked. Uncheck this box. Then click on Apply (the "R" will be changed to "blank" under Archive. Click OK.

Go to the next folder Background and repeat hilighting all the files, right chicking, properties, change the box, apply.

Continue to do this for the Bars, Bullets, Icons, Library, and Project folders.

Contact me at BobStrock@Strack.com for more help.
