A couple of things may be the cause other than the "divide by zero"/XP problem:
1) It looks like you had the UFT files on a drive other than C: (there was an E: drive?). UFT always looks for the data on the main/C: drive. You can't just "rename" the file; rather you need to "point" it to another drive where the data is located.
2) You evidently transferred your data from ROOTSV to UFT at one point.
I believe the solution to both of these are found via the RUG of Arlington site. I would encourage you to check there <http://www.rootsusers.org/> for tips on how to handle these problems.
