The Search/Event window has an event list, which shows "Possible" events. You're saying when you click on , for example, "Birth", you get a list back of "employment" events? Are you sure the sentence at the top of the window says "Find all xxxx events..." properly? (I mean, it doesn't say "Find all employment events" up there, right?)
