You might want to update to version 2.8. <http://www.uftree.com/UFT/UFTProductInfo/TechSupport/maintenance5.html> This is the most recent update you can get without having purchased version 3.0 of UFT. And, I'm sure you are aware by now that, UFT has been discontinued and that technical/customer support is no longer available.
When you download any of the updates, Download the file to any directory on your hard drive (not necessarily UFT) and make sure UFT is not running.
