I have gone through all of the common methods of recover in regard to my Home Page. I can not access my home page via FTM 9.0 for some reason or other. I then attempted to obtain my username and password via the use of my email address. The message that I received stated that my email address was not known. My Home Page is still available for access to the world but not to me for update.

How do I obtain the username and password that will let FTM 9.09 re-establish my cookie? My email address is: JPick323@aol.com
