I have some ideas, but try the fixme.bat first and see if that doesn't help things. It NEVER hurts to try the fixme.bat (Make sure you are out of UFT. Go to your microsoft explorer and locate your UFT files - usually C:\UFT - then locate "fixme.bat". Double click on that. That's all there is to it. Go back into UFT and see how it works.)
