Place missing from library after v2.8 to 3.0 upgde

I upgrade UFT from v2.8 to v3.0 and get the following displayed in the Place location of each of my records: "place missing from library". Any suggestions as to how to re-associate the places data? I have performed the upgrade on both my Windows 98SE and Windows 2000 machines with the same results.
