Okay -- we went through a year and a half of not being able to upload, then by last September or so everything was fine again.
I got a new machine in late October and have been trying to upload some changes. It lets me upload them without problem but I get a message back saying they have received my upload but the password I supplied is incorrect; to go to the web site and reset my password if I have forgotten it. Well, I haven't forgotten it, but I have gone to the web site and reset it about 20 times. Still every upload I get the same message back in e-mail. I sat on tech support's waiting line on the phone and finally got someone. He told me that the person who got it up and running again is now no longer with the company again. Are we back at square 1?
I know I can move the sites, but this was so much easier. Has anyone else had this problem and resolved it? I have tried my userid as I used to put it in (PamWoodWaugh) and with all lower case (the "tech" said they had to be all lower case) to no avail.
