Source Storage

Hi
I suppose this has been discussed before but I was not able to find it in the archives.
What is the best way to keep all hard copy of letter, obits, phamlets, census download and any other information you accuulate that is a source of your information? I started putting mine in a binder by source number but find that hard to find a source when you want a certain one. There must be a better way.
Vern
