Font problems, no real answers

I'm extremely frustrated. I have been trying for a couple weeks to get answers to my questions. The UFT site is one of the most confusing ones I've ever seen! FAQ's don't address the problem, links don't go anywhere, message boards are a maze. Through searches of the boards I've seen lots of people with the same problem, but no real answers. I've also filled out the help form and received no answers. If anybody has a real answer to why all my reports display and print in that weird unreadable font even though the print/page setup info lists correct fonts, please email me. Yes, Roots font is listed in the Windows fonts list, and no, I am not going to eliminate any of my other fonts because no other program on my computer has a problem with fonts and too many other posters have done so with no success. I have UFT Deluxe 2.0 on CD and upgraded it to 2.8 from the UFT web site, which may have been a dumb thing to do. I have a lot of people waiting for the genealogy info I have compiled, and I can't get anything legible out of this program. I bought this specific program because of a recommendation in a computer magazine, but I have had nothing but trouble with it. I'm about ready to go back to paper and pen! Please help.
