Help! FOXW2600.esl error when loading

When I try to start UFT 2.0, I get a message that fox2600.exl crashed. I've completly stripped the program, rebooted and reloaded, but I continue to get the same message. Has anyone else seen this and fixed it?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
