Thank you for hanging in there with ME, Tom ... I'm sorry about leading you astray with the ~fgetemp.rtf file. That's when something is sent to FTF and box charts are not. Well ... back to the box chart problem, I searched the knowledge base (which was down earlier today) and the only thing I can find about the box chart not printing at all was in early versions when you print a large box chart. That problem was corrected in later versions. You might try creating a box chart for a different individual - or maybe opening the Kennedy project and try one there.
OR If you can't get one for any projects, you might want to try reinstalling. If you use the "upgrade an existing version" and the "typical" options, your library files shouldn't be overwritten. It's when users use the Custom option and don't uncheck all of the library options that they come into trouble with overwriting library files. But if you make a full backup first, you shouldn't have a problem.
ALSO, try deleting any existing box charts you might have. If you don't see them listed in the Box Chart window, you could manually delete them. They are stored in the main UFT directory and have the extensions .DBF and .FPT. So if the box chart was called TOM, the two files to delete would be TOM.DBF and TOM.FPT. There are other DBF and FPT files that are required in the UFT directory, so be very careful about manually deleting files there. Other than that, I'm not sure what to tell you about the problem.
