If you choose IGNORE, you should still be able to work with your computer without any difficulty. There is, however, a foxstart repair file you can download at:

Also, it sounds like you are running an earlier version. You may want to at least update as far as UFT2.8. You can download this update at:
http://www.uftree.com/UFT/UFTProductInfo/TechSupport/maintenance5.html
