Backing up on another computer

Some time ago, someone posted that he/she had UFT on 2 different computers, using one mainly as backup, doing data entry on the other. I have done the same thing just in the last 2 days. Everything works fine on both. But I have a question (probably a simple answer). Computer A is where I do my data entry. Computer B is for backup. When I do a backup on Computer A, how do I go about transfering the updated backup to Computer B? The outdated information is already there. I put the backup disk in Computer B....then what? I hope someone understands what I'm trying to ask. And don't laugh if it seems dumb.
