If you have neither WordPerfect nor MSWord, try the following to use the standalone UFT Editor (Fteditor.exe). If you have either MSWord or WordPerfect, there are easier and better ways to get the job done.

1)Create a folder someplace that you know you can find it.
2)In UFT-File-Print Setup, select (check) "Print to File" (RTF should show).
3)Click on External Support Tab.
4)Deselect (uncheck) "Automatically Launch Editor.
5)Select "Other" as your Text Editor.
6.)In Path to Editor, Browse to C:\Progra~\Access~\Wordpad.exe.
7)Select (check) Include Index.

Next:
8) Generate your Family Journal Report (make sure you have checked the box to include the appropriate pictures.
9) Name and save your RTF file in the folder you previously selected.

10)Using Window Explorer, find Fteditor.exe in the UFT Folder. Click on it to open it.
11) From inside the standalone UFT Editor, find your RTF file in your favorite folder and open it.

Good luck. And yes UFT 3.0 was still a work in progress when it was discontinued. You will also now find that Wordpad will open in your UFT pulldown menu when you try to open the UFT editor. Sorry about that.
