Thank you for your reply Grace. Yes, it is possible for me to get the data out of my computer and onto another one that has the older OS on it. I'm not sure what I would do after that though. I need to learn more about GEDCOM, what it does and how it works and if saving my data a different way will help me. I'll post here again when I've had time to get up to speed on this.
