I wrote last week about all the excess white spaces and extra pages that print when I do family journal reports and was told that it was just a bug that no one was going to do anything about unless it affected data. Well, it does. I've now discovered that when I use citations embedded in the text it has the effect of cutting short the printing of the text so that I only get a small portion of what I have written. If I eliminate the addition of notes to my report I don't get the problem, and if I use a pre 3.0 version of UFT I don't have the problem either. Neither is acceptable however as I use the Private Text feature in 3.0 a lot and I still want to be able to include my citations. Am I just doing something wrong or is this a known bug that is going to be fixed? I've owned 3.0 for months now but haven't used it enough until now to find this problem. Surely they're working on it, aren't they? Why isn't it fixed by now!
