I spoke too quickly. The Power2Play software didn't work first time around. My friend says he knows he can make it work. Status: I can operate smaller data bases on the Windows 98 SE --did manage to enable emm386. If Power2Play doesn't do the trick then I will accept defeat and split my 7000 name 1.2M database into three or four parts and leave this problem behind. Sofar, I haven't tried the QEMM386 software. I'll post results, so I can help others out as soon as we finish trying to make Power2Play work out. Anne Wickham
