Reading between the lines of answers to similar questions one finds the following probabale answer:

It has been better than a year since Tech Support first said that he/they were working on the problem. Either they aren't working on it or they should be fired for cause.

In any event it seems as though the key programmers on the UFT project and G.c parted company more than a year ago probably six months prior to the announced orphaning of the program. Since then the online portion of the sales promises have not worked as advertised.

G.c doesn't have a clue what to do. They won't hire anyone to fix it (we're not a profit center any more.) Unfortunately we users are ignored by A&E and their senior vice president.

The answer seems to be uploading your pages to a rootsweb site or whatever server you find that suits your needs and getting the word out repeatedly to the search engines.
