will $2/min get good UFT support?
How many hours will it take for the "some" users of UFT using version 3.0 to get real support at $2/minute?
Did Rob really step in it extending the semi support into 2002? If they charge for it it had better be "real" or the consumer protection agencies will have lots of ground for action.
Does anyone still around G.c have a clue about the program or will they drag Blue back as a consultant?
I wonder how much of the improved FTM web and report writer materials will look like UFT.
