I must admit -- I have to agree with Paul Barton. I was totally disgusted over the lack of support and attention given this problem over the past 6+ months! I was amazes that Genealogy.com could still post the product so I wrote them about how deceitful it was to sell a product like that. They responded with:
"Thank you for your recent email concerning UFT.
We are sorry that you were not aware, but we have stopped selling Ultimate Family Tree until further notice. We do apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced with this product."
Altho -- it was still advertised. ;-)
I will never subscribe to Genealogy.com again, and I'm losing faith in A&E. I plan to write them this weekend.
