There are a couple of factors. One is that the entire UFT Web site, it's design and inner workings were something we inherited with TLC's purchase of Palladium. Unfortunately, those who worked on the design and implementation of the Web site and things like the processing of uploaded Web pages have been gone for a very long time (in fact they have been gone since before the transition was complete). That means that anytime we need to do something there's has to be an investment in time for someone who has never worked with the site to dig around, figure out how things should be working, why they aren't, and how best to fix it.
That leads into the time factor which is the big as far as I see it. The answer to whatever is ailing the UFT Web page processing may turn out to be something simple, but it may take someone a long time to understand how things should work to identify what's going on. On the other hand, it may turn out to be something easy and obvious. The issue is getting a resource identified and assigned to look into it.
I am encouraged, though, because I have heard that looking into this to see what to do about it is climbing higher on the priority list.
