It's frustrating, all right. We all know how you feel. Unfortunately, in this day and age of computer/software/programming and corporate "buy-outs," there is not much we consumers can do. I would also suggest to you to change to TMG. The customer support from this company seems to be back to where it was when CommSoft had the software; yet this Wholly Genes company has been in business for a long time. I think it's one of their priorities--a nice beacon in this day and age to those of us looking for a better way.
The transfer from your program to TMG is quite simple (no gedcom required) with their GenBridge options. I have not yet made the transition, but many people in our group have. I hope to glean knowledge from them when the time comes. The program, itself, looks wonderful and even more "capable" in some regards.
