Paul Birchfield - where is tech support?

Is there anyone at UFT to answer the phone? They don't answer the emails and they don't answer the phone. The customer service people can't help and they say call tech support. Where does one go to get help? All I need to do is delete my web page reports and there is no one that can offer help.
