Thank you for caring and sharing. I had a feeling I wasn't going to get any help from the Ultimate Family Tree itself. It is too bad that they make a product, sell it and then don't stand in back of it. I have invested TIME and MONEY. Why would I want to upgrade, if I can't get any service from the first product they sold me???? I have a feeling the customer service wouldn't be any better. Live and Learn.
