The MrSid plug is a program that you download from the web. If you are on ancestry.com and go to an image such as the 1790 census, at the bottom it will till you to click to download.

Click to download and save it to disk. Note where you are saving itand what name of the download is, I usually save it to my hard drive in the temp internet directory. Once downloaded, go to the drive and double click on the file to install. Just follow directions at that point.
