Anytime you have a font problem, it's probably because you have too many fonts on your computer. You might try the knowledge base for further info on that.

Depending on which chart you are trying to print out (some don't print to word processor other than UFT), you can choose your word processor (MSWord,WordPerfect or whatever) from the File/ Page setup options. You will probably have to browse to find the complete file path to your word processor. The manual or HELP should give further directions on this for you.
