Tech support impossible to find?

I have registered and uploaded my instant web page from Ultimate Family Tree 3.0 but am unable to find it on the net. When I fill out the request for support form and click on the send key, it gives me a message that it lacks a recipiant address. I have looked at the form carefully but am unable to find where I should put the address when and if I ever find it. Surely some of you know a way around this hurdle?
