Being a 16-bit program UFT would have great problems with Win2000, but with WinMe it seems to perk along beautifully.
I've got so many programs (old & new)running nicely in WinMe, I would be very reluctant to migrate to a true 32-bit operating environment like NT/2000, unless some kind of virtual machine is built in to handle UFT and other programs from the 16-bit environment.
