When you click on the "Find" radio button you only get a partial list of canidates. If the name you are searching for is not within the range of this list, there is an area at the top of the list next to the "Find Again" radio button. YOu need to type the first few letters fo the given name you are searching for and click the "Find Again" radio button.

This should refresh the list and the individual you are searching for should be on this list. If you need to enter the first name, followed by the surname (or part of the surname) you need to include the slash before you click the "Find Again" radio button or the program will not find anyone.

Example:

William Myrnice /Roberts/

Myrnice
